Gluten Free Flour Mix
Using a gluten free flour mix can be more convenient than making or mixing your own. If you are pressed for time or can't find the right homemade recipe for your gluten free recipes then why not try a mix.
Some of the more popular brands have gained credibility since they have created very good products that yield to modifications by the user. You can add fruit, nuts and chocolate chips to muffin mixes if the taste is not quite to your liking and the results can be quite good.
I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
as one of my favourites as I just seem to get good results. They make an assortment of cake, bread, flour and cookie mixes. These guys are one of the best resources for a gluten free flour mix.
Bob's Red Mill products gluten free cake mix and muffin mix allow for adding your own personal touches and doesn't affect the quality of the baked good. We all know that gluten free baking can be a little bland so being able to find this type of mix is handy.
I recently came across another brand of gluten free mix but have yet to try it.
